Lumex Lighting SA Returns & Refunds Policy
At Lumex Lighting SA, we encourage customers to carefully review all product specifications, dimensions, and compatibility requirements before placing an order.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unused and uninstalled.
- Be in original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and components.
- Be in a resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Custom-made or special-order products.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Installed, used, altered, damaged, or incomplete products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Defective Products
Products found to be defective may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with applicable South African consumer laws.
Defects caused by incorrect installation, misuse, power surges, water damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Liability
Lumex Lighting SA's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, to the fullest extent permitted by South African law.
